Well, all it took was going to the gym 2-3 times a week, a 1500-calorie/day diet, and a weeklong bout of food poisoning, but I weigh less than I have in 10 months. I've lost 8 pounds in 6 weeks. The Google 15 widget loves me.

It's pathetic how much this boosts my self-esteem.
